4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information

  • Orders may be cancelled if:

    • Phone calls are not answered for order confirmation

    • Delivery is refused without valid reason

  • Repeated COD order rejections may result in account restriction or blocking

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery time is usually 3–7 working days, depending on location

  • Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or public holidays

  • TayyabaTrends is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies
