Return & Refund Policy – TayyabaTrends

At TayyabaTrends, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Items without original packaging

  • Discounted or sale items (unless damaged)


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the order

  2. Share clear pictures or videos of the product showing the issue

  3. Our team will review the request and guide you through the return process

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection of the returned item

  • Refunds may be issued via:

    • Bank transfer, or

    • Store credit, as applicable

  • Refund processing time is 7–10 working days


5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • For COD orders, refunds are processed after product verification

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable


6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect items

  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product availability is subject to stock


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), return shipping will be covered by TayyabaTrends

  • For all other approved returns, shipping costs will be borne by the customer


8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible

TayyabaTrends reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
